摘  要：针对目前1#、2#、3#楼外墙施工过程中发现的问题，为加强现场质量管控，创造优质合格产品，更好进行房屋销售，树立企业质量品牌，现对外墙施工进行详细技术方案交底以及相关管理流程分析。

Abstract： In view of the problems found in the construction of the outer wall of the building， in order to strengthen the on-site quality control and create high-quality and qualified products for the owner to better sell the house and establish the brand of enterprise quality， this paper analyzes the detailed technical plan of the external wall construction and the related management process.
