非对称液压缸系统键图建模与仿真分析

摘  要:针对对称阀控制两个非对称液压缸系统的非线性结构,文章基于键图建模理论,建立阀控非对称缸系统的键图模型,以解决传递函数不易描述液压系统非线性的问题,通过仿真分析表明,键图模型可以精确描述液压系统的动态特性。

Abstract: Aiming at the nonlinear structure of symmetrical valve controlling two asymmetric hydraulic cylinder systems, based on the bond graph modeling theory, this paper establishes the bond graph model of valve controlled asymmetric cylinder system, so as to solve the problem that the transfer function is not easy to describe the nonlinearity of hydraulic system. The simulation analysis shows that the bond graph model can accurately describe the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic system.

为了实现长圆柱型试件的摇摆运动模拟,试验台采用了对称伺服阀差动控制两个非对称液压缸进行驱动的结构形式,通过精确控制液压缸的差动运动达到控制试件摆动角度的目的。(剩余2776字)
