摘  要：轴承自动压装系统可实现轮对轴颈数据自动读取、待压轮对预判、轴承自动选配、工件输送、压装引套及压头自动更换、自动检测轴承是否卡滞和压装曲线自动判断等自动化工作流程，避免工伤、降低劳动强度，大幅提高生产作业效率和质量。

Abstract： The automatic bearing pressing system can realize automatic work flow， such as automatic reading of wheelset journal data， pre-judgment of pressurized wheelset， automatic selection of bearing， conveying of workpiece， automatic replacement of pressure head， automatic detection of whether the bearing is stuck， automatic judgment of pressing curve and so on， so as to avoid industrial injury， reduce labor intensity， and greatly improve the efficiency and quality of production.

随着铁路货车轮轴检修数量剧增，轮对轴承压装数量随之增加，现有检修单位轴承的压装，还是人工作业，轮对的输送靠人工推送，轴承和后挡等也是人工通过小车推送，劳动强度大，效率低，质量受人为干扰大。（剩余4792字）
