3号燃煤锅炉排烟温度偏高原因分析及调整措施

摘 要:某电厂3号锅炉排烟温度偏高,且实际值与设计值偏差较大。为解决这些安全隐患,某电厂通过性能试验发现影响排烟温度的因素较多。收集现阶段的运行参数与设计值进行比较,再综合分析并提出改进措施,保证机组安全、经济运行。

Abstract: The exhaust gas temperature of No. 3 boiler in a power plant is high, and the actual value deviates greatly from the design value. In order to solve these potential safety hazards, a power plant found that there are many factors affecting the exhaust gas temperature through performance test. We collect the operation parameters at this stage and compare them with the design values, then comprehensively analyze and put forward improvement measures to ensure the safe and economic operation of the unit.
