摘  要：利用信息化手段和Spring Boot框架及数据库技术，为专卖人员提供卷烟真假外观识别在线培训考核平台，降低集中培训在经济和时间方面的成本，同时提高卷烟鉴别工作人员技能水平。

Abstract： Information technology， Spring Boot framework and database technology are used to provide online training and assessment platform for monopoly personnel to identify the appearance of cigarettes， reduce the cost of centralized training in terms of economy and time， and improve the skill level of cigarette identification staff at the same time.
