房屋建筑屋面防水施工技术质量控制策略

摘  要：在房屋建筑的整个施工过程中，屋面防水是建筑施工的重要环节。屋面防水效果的优劣，严重影响房屋建筑的使用寿命和居住者的生产生活。文章从几方面分析屋面防水施工技术普遍现存的问题，并从几方面阐述保证房屋建筑屋面防水质量的策略。

Abstract： In the whole process of building construction， roof waterproofing is an important part of building construction. The waterproof effect of the roof seriously affects the service life of the building and the production and life of the occupants. This paper analyzes the common existing problems of roof waterproofing construction technology from several aspects， and expounds the strategies to ensure the quality of building roof waterproofing from several aspects.
