一次碳纤维复合导线断线案例分析

摘  要:碳纤维复合导线在电力系统高压输电线路中运用日益增加,碳纤维复合导线的实践经验和运行经验亟待探索。文章针对某供电局110 kV线路工程中应用碳纤维复合导线时,在施工过程中发生一次碳纤维复合导线断线的案例,从现场检查及检测结果进行实例分析,并提出实践建议。

Abstract: Carbon fiber composite wires are increasingly used in high voltage transmission lines of power system, and the practical experience and operation experience of carbon fiber composite wires need to be explored urgently. Aiming at the case of a carbon fiber composite conductor breaking in the construction process when carbon fiber composite wires are used in the 110 kV line project of a power supply bureau, this paper analyzes the on-site inspection and testing results, and puts forward some practical suggestions.

碳纤维复合导线是一种全新结构的节能型增容导线,与常规导线相比,具有重量轻、抗拉强度大、耐热性能好、热膨胀系数小、高温弧垂小、导电率高、线损低、载流量大、耐腐蚀性能好和不易覆冰等一系列优点,综合解决了架空输电领域存在的各项技术瓶颈,代表了未来架空导线的技术发展趋势,有助于构造安全、环保、高效节约型输电网络,应用在新建线路中,可提高线路的单位输送容量,确保电网的坚强性,长远经济性更好[1-2]。(剩余2822字)
