基于无人机技术与数字孪生的施工企业项目管控平台研究与应用

摘  要：以数字智能化为驱动力，以施工过程为中心，强化全方位、全过程线上指挥调度与监督管控，破解施工过程管理协调不畅、响应不快、效率不高等“顽疾”。基于此，文章对无人机技术与数字孪生的施工企业项目管控平台创新进行了分析。

Abstract： Take digital intelligence as the driving force， take the construction process as the center， strengthen omni-directional and whole process online command， dispatching and supervision and control， and solve the "stubborn problems" such as poor coordination， slow response and low efficiency in the construction process management. Based on this， this paper analyzes the innovation of project management and control platform of construction enterprises based on UAV technology and digital twin.
