停车AGV液压控制系统的设计与研究

摘  要:停车机器人具有在无人停车场中采用液压系统作为悬挂和抬车的驱动方式搬运车辆实现自动泊车的功能。文章设计了停车机器人的液压系统和相关的电气系统,通过CanOpen与电机通信,结合超声波传感器控制整车的轮胎夹持和液压抬升。

Abstract: The parking robot carries the vehicle in the unmanned parking lot to realize the function of automatic parking, and the hydraulic system is used as the driving mode of suspension and lifting. In this paper, the hydraulic system and related electrical system of the parking robot are designed, which communicate with the motor through CanOpen, combined with ultrasonic sensor to control the tire clamping and hydraulic lifting of the whole vehicle.
