Abstract： Xifei River Pumping Station is a large pumping station， which is characterized by its complex structure， complete functions， and large volume. Based on the practical experience of construction management process of Xifei River Pumping Station project， this paper provides a reference framework for the practitioners working on the construction management of pumping stations.
