钢结构制作中防止焊接变形的实践分析

摘  要:钢结构制作技术为最常用的施工技术,焊接也被广泛地运用于各类钢结构制作和安装的过程中,但是在焊接中产生的变形问题不仅会直接影响钢结构的外形和使用性能,更會严重影响焊接件的刚度,最终给企业的发展造成严重的经济损失。文章重点分析钢结构制作中防止焊接变形的实践措施。

Abstract: Steel structure manufacturing technology is the most commonly used construction technology, welding is also widely used in all kinds of steel structure manufacturing and installation process. But the deformation problems in welding will not only directly affect the shape and performance of steel structure, but also seriously affect the stiffness of welding parts, and eventually cause serious economic losses to the development of enterprises. Thus, this paper focuses on the practical measures to prevent welding deformation in steel structure manufacturing.
