油田生产指挥中心的信息化建设研究
摘要：文章深入分析了某油田生产指挥中心引入新型信息化建设的实际成果并考察实际工作中油田生产指挥中心的建设情况阐述了在现场施工监控、指令下达等方面应当如何有效引入信息化建设从而使得油田生产指挥系统能够纳入整体指挥系统中最终建设一个多功能的现代化油田生产指挥中心完成油田生产的实时监控、高效运行、适时指导和应急管控以促进信息化平台的建设最终打造一个智慧化的生产流程综合性的油田生产指挥中心不仅要具备指挥功能而且应当注重反馈功能的建设通过可视化显示来掌握油田建设的进度并通过远程遥感等技术完成对地面生产建设画面的反馈从而实现资源的数字化促进油田生产指挥中心全部转入线上模式最终实现不同资源、不同信息、不同数据的集中管理进而提高油田生产指挥中心的运行和建设效率

Research on informatization construction of oilfield production command center

Abstract：This paper deeply analyzes the actual results of the introduction of new information construction in an oilfield production command center， examines the construction of the oilfield production command center in the actual work process， and analyzes how to effectively introduce information in terms of on-site construction monitoring and instruction issuance. Therefore，the production command system of the oilfield can be integrated into an overall command system，and finally a multi-functional modern oilfield production command center can be built to complete the real-time monitoring， efficient operation， timely guidance and emergency control of oilfield production. The construction of the platform can finally create an intelligent production process. A comprehensive oilfield production informatization command center should not only have command functions， but also pay attention to the construction of feedback functions， grasp the progress of oilfield construction through visual display， and provide feedback on the screen of surface production construction through the completion of new technologies such as remote sensing， so as to realize the digitization of resources， promote the transition of all production command centers to the online mode， and finally realize the centralized management of different resources， different information， and different data， and improve the operation and construction efficiency of oilfield production command centers.
