热处理工艺对TC18钛合金板材性能和组织的影响

Abstract: This study primarily investigates the efects of two heat treatment processes,common annealing and simple doubleannealing,on the properties and microstructure of TC18 titanium alloy plate.The aim is to finda simplifiedalternative to the complex double annealing process (including intermediate slow cooling)recommended by GJB 3763A-2O24. The common annealing process involved holding within the temperature range of 795-875∘C (20 for 2hours followed by air cooling (AC).The simple double annealing employed atwo-stage heat treatment: the first stage involved holding at for 2h followed by AC,and the second stage involved holding at 550~650∘C (202 for 4h followed by furnace cooling (FC). After heat treatment,room temperature tensile tests and microstructural analysis were performed on the plate.The results indicate that the plate treated with common annealing exhibited lower strength and poorer plasticity,rendering it unsuitable as a replacement. However,after simple double annealing treatment, three sets of process parameters were identified (795∘C×2h/AC+600∘C×4h/FC (204号 AC+650∘C×4h/FC 835∘C×2h/AC+650∘C×4h/FC) whose comprehensive strength-plasticity properties were equivalent to those achieved with the complex double annealing process recommended by GJB 3763A.
