Abstract:This article examines the simulation research related to nitriding treatment, explicitly focusing on the numerical theoretical analysis of 32Cr3MoVE steel during the nitriding process.The results indicate that the insulation time significantlyimpacts thenitriding efect,while the nitriding temperature hasaminimal effect.The optimal process identified is nitriding for 2O hoursat a temperature of 540°C :
