Submerged arc welding process test of 07MnNiMoDR /10Ni3MoVD steel

Abstract：In this study，the submerged arc welding process betweenO7MnNiMoDR steel plate and10Ni3MoVD steel forgings for high strength steel sphericaltank was studied.Thecontent of the test includes the selection of welding material，the welding of test plate，and the mechanical properties test after different heat treatment and holdingtime.Theresults show that： the test plate is welded with EF1 welding wire and F9P6-EF1-F1 welding flux by setting the welding parameters，and after heat treatment of（ 575±15 ） °C ，the holding time is 2h，4h， 6h respectively，the mechanical properties of the welded joints meet the standard and design requirements.
