特大型轴承内圈断裂原因分析及预防措施

摘要:轴承在安装过程中出现内圈贯穿断裂,通过宏观检查、断口分析、化学成分分析、金相检测、材料及热处理质量检测,对其断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:该套轴承内圈心部存在局部锻造过烧缺陷,该轴承在安装受力时,沿缺陷部位贯穿断裂。

Cause analysis and preventive measures of fracture of oversize bearing inner ring

Abstract: The fracture of inner ring occurs in the process of bearing installation, the cause of the failure was analyzed by means of macro-examination, fracture analysis, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, material and heat treatment quality testing. The results show that the inner ring of the bearing has a partial forging overburn defect, and the bearing breaks along the defect during installation.
