摘要:1Cr11Ni2W2MoV不锈钢的零件渗氮处理后,零件渗氮表面磨削后发现渗氮面存在点状剥落现象。通过研究氮化物剥落形貌及分布、渗氮层金相组织及硬度,探讨了渗氮层磨削后出现点状剥落的原因,并提出了解决该问题的工艺解决措施。

Research on the problem of point-like peeling on the nitride surface of 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV material after grinding

Abstract: After parts of 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV stainless steel were nitrided, point-like peeling was found on the nitrided surface after grinding. This paper studied the morphology and distribution of point-like peeling, the microstructure and hardness of the nitrided layer, and explored the reasons for the point-like peeling after grinding the nitrided layer. It also proposed a solution to the problem.
