风电齿轮箱太阳轮断齿研究

摘要：分析讨论了太阳轮的断齿原因。SEM结果表明：在断裂面疲劳源处，有大量的非金属夹杂物聚集，金属基体的连续性被夹杂物破坏，这样会造成局部的应力集中，从而萌生裂纹，最终导致太阳轮疲劳断齿。

Study on broken teeth of sun gear of wind turbine gearbox

Abstract： In this paper， the causes of the broken teeth of the sun gear were analyzed and discussed. SEM images showed that there were a large number of aggregated nonmetallic inclusions at the fracture surface of fatigue source， and the continuity of the metal matrix was damaged by inclusion. This will cause local stress concentration， resulting in the initiation of cracks， and eventually lead to fatigue broken teeth of sun gear.
