【Abstract]Given theprobabilitydistributionof all potential communication structuresbetween players，Gomez etal.pro posedagame modelwitha generalized probability graph，removingthe hypothesisofedge independence.Inpractice，participantsdonotalwaystransferalldecision-makingpower tothecoalitionwithoutreservation，butactaccording tothedegeof participationinthecoalition.Therefore，inordertoconsideramorerealistic framework，thispaperintroducesageneralized probabilisticcommunication structure withfuzzycoalitions，in which participants jointhecoalition withacertain degreeof participation.Next，thedefinitionof the Banzhaf valueforthegameunderthis model is given.Bydefiningarestricted game in Choquet integralform，it is provedthatthefuzy Banzhaf valueistheunique solutionover generalized probabilisticcommunication situation with fuzzy coalition that satisfies component total power and fairness.
