【摘要】目的：分析老年慢性支气管炎患者开展中医护理干预的应用效果。方法：本次研究时间段与对象分别为2021年1月—2021年12月与80例老年慢性支气管炎患者，并以护理措施分为常规组（40例，常规护理）和中医组（40例，中医护理），对比两组患者护理结果。结果：护理前，两组中医症状积分及生活质量评分比较无差异（P>0.05）；护理后，两组中医症状积分较护理前明显降低，生活质量评分较护理前明显提升，且中医组上述指标更突出（P

Study effect of TCM nursing intervention on improving TCM symptoms and quality of life in elderly patients with chronic bronchitis

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention in elderly patients with chronic bronchitis.Methods：The study period and objects were from January 2021 to December 2021 and eighty elderly patients with chronic bronchitis，and the patients were divided intothe conventional group （40 cases，conventional care） andthe traditional Chinese medicine group （40 cases，traditional Chinese medicine care） by nursing measures.The nursing results of the two groups of patients were compared.Results：There was no difference in TCM symptom scores and quality of life scoresbetween the two groups before nursing （P>0.05）；After nursing，theTCM symptom scores in both groupsweresignificantly decreasedcompared to before nursing，quality of life scores were significantly increasedcompared to before nursing，and the above indexes were more prominent in the traditional Chinese medicine group （P
