【摘要】目的：分析达格列净联合二甲双胍治疗T2DM患者的临床疗效。方法：将2023年12月—2024年6月期间我科收治的96例T2DM患者纳入实验，利用随机数字表法生成A、B两个实验组，将A组定义为二甲双胍单药治疗组，将B组定义为达格列净联合二甲双胍治疗组，对比两组的治疗效果。结果：B组治疗总有效率高于A组（P0.05）；口服无水葡萄糖后0.5、1、1.5及2h，B组的血糖水平均低于A组（P0.05）；治疗后，B组患者的各项DSQL得分均高于A组（P

Clinical efficacy of dapagliflozin combined with metformin in the treatment of T2DM patients

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the clinical efficacy of dapagliflozin combined with metformin in the treatment of T2DM patients.
