肺部感染是一种肺实质感染性炎症，主要是感染病毒或者细菌造成，少部分患者有微生物感染的情况，炎症累及患者的终末气道和肺泡、肺间质等部位，常导致患者咳嗽、咳痰，部分患者伴有发热、胸闷、气短等临床症状，对患者机体健康的影响较大，尤其老年肺部感染患者病情反复发作迁延，随着病程不断延长，对患者的生命质量有严重影响[1]。（剩余4100字）
