【摘要】目的：分析西咪替丁联合蒙脱石散在婴幼儿轮状病毒腹泻治疗时的效果及安全性。方法：将2022年3月—2023年3月我院儿科收治的150例轮状病毒腹泻患儿分为对照组和观察组，两组患儿分别采用常规治疗方案和常规治疗+西咪替丁+蒙脱石散进行治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果：观察组患儿治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，治疗后的血清免疫球蛋白水平明显高于对照组，临床症状消失时间与住院时间均短于对照组，不良反应发生率明显低于对照组（P

Efficacy and safety study of cimetidine combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile rotavirus diarrhea

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the efficacy and safety of cimetidine combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile rotavirus diarrhea.Methods：A total of 150 infants with rotavirus diarrhea admitted to the department of pediatrics of our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were divided into the control group and the observation group，the two groups of children were treated with conventional therapy and conventional therapy +cimetidine+montmorillonite powder，respectively.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results：The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group，the levels of serum immunoglobulins after treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group，the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group，and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the control group （P
