【摘要】目的：分析护理风险管理在小儿静脉留置针中的应用价值，以及其对血栓形成的影响。方法：将我院收治的静脉输液患儿作为案例，从中选出56例按照不同护理方法分成两组，每组28例，对照组中患儿实施的是常规护理管理，观察组中患儿实施的是护理风险管理措施。对比两组护理管理效果。结果：护理后，观察组凝血功能指标、护理工作质量以及留置时间明显优于对照组，存在显著差异（P
