成人心血管手术发生相关压力性损伤的危险因素分析

【摘要】目的：研究在成人心血管手术中出现压力性损伤的主要原因。方法：选取2020年2月—2022年2月期间本院收治的78例成人患者，均采取心血管手术。其中16例发生压力性损伤，62例未发生。比较两组患者各项指标，并进行单因素和多因素分析，明确压力性损伤发生的危险因素。结果：单因素分析显示，年龄、吸烟史、手术时间、糖尿病病史、急诊手术、肝素钠用量、术前收缩压、高血压病史、红细胞输入量、体外循环时间、术前最低体温、术中最低动脉压与术前前白蛋白水平是引起压力性损伤的危险因素，P

Analysis of risk factors for stress injury involved in cardiovascular surgery in adults

【Abstract】Objective：To study the main causes of stress injury in adult cardiovascular surgery.Methods：78 adult patients admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected，all of whom underwent cardiovascular surgery.Of these，16 cases experienced pressure injury and 62 cases did not.Various indicators between the two groups were compared，and univariate and multivariate analysis were performed to identify the risk factors of the occurrence of stress injury.Results：Univariate analysis showed that age，smoking history，operation time，diabetes history，emergency surgery，heparin sodium dosage，preoperative systolic blood pressure，history of hypertension，red blood cells input，cardiopulmonary bypass time，minimum preoperative body temperature，minimum intraoperative arterial pressure and preoperative prealbumin level were risk factors for stress injury，P
