【摘要】目的：探究腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗急性阑尾炎的临床效果。方法：选取2022年7月—2023年1月期间在本院接收就诊的急性阑尾炎患者80例作为研究对象，分为两组。对照组患者采用传统开腹手术，研究组患者采取腹腔镜阑尾切除术。对比两组患者手术后临床治疗效果、并发症以及手术相关指标。结果：研究组患者的临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组，同时研究组各项并发症发生率数值以及各项手术指标均明显优于对照组，两组数据差异有统计学意义（P

急性阑尾炎是一种发病急促的疾病，发病后患者会产生剧烈的疼痛感，阑尾炎的主要临床表现为突发性强烈下腹疼痛，同时还伴随着恶心呕吐等明显症状，此外，部分患者还会出现腹膜炎、脓肿等并发症，如果未能够及时就医，这些都严重威胁到患者的生命安全。（剩余3831字）
