【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the clinical outcomes of （clomiphene） mild stimulation regimen and antagonist regimen in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome undergoing in vitro fertilization （IVF） and embryo transfer （ET） treatment cycles.Methods：A retrospective analysis of 247 patients who underwent IVF-ET treatment at our reproductive center from January 2019 to October 2021，including 160 patients received mild stimulation regimen and 87 patients received antagonist regimen during the same period.The basic parameters and treatment results of the two groups were compared.Results：The AFC，AMH and BMI of patients in the mild stimulation group were higher than those in the antagonist group （P
