【摘要】目的：分析孕期营养指导应用于妊娠期糖尿病患者对孕妇血糖水平以及妊娠结局的影响。方法：选择2022年9月—2023年3月期间来我院接受治疗的妊娠期糖尿病患者80例，经随机数字表法分为实验组与参照组，各40例，参照组采用常规护理，实验组采用孕期营养指导，比较两组患者的营养指导效果。结果：指导前，两组患者的血糖指标对比无意义（P>0.05）；指导后，实验组的血糖指标与不良妊娠结局发生率相比于参照组较低（P
