【摘要】目的：研究经脐单孔腹腔镜术（LESS）联合缝合止血法对卵巢囊肿患者的治疗效果。方法： 选取82例行LESS卵巢囊肿剥除术的卵巢囊肿患者，采用随机数字表法分组，每组41例。对照组患者采用电凝止血法，观察组患者采用缝合止血法。结果：观察组手术时间及住院时间长于对照组，术中出血量少于对照组，观察组术后首次月经第3d的AMH、FSH、窦状卵泡数量及LH均明显优于对照组（P

Clinical effect of laparoendoscopic single-site surgery ovarian cystectomy combined with suture hemostasis in the treatment of ovarian cyst

【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effect of laparoendoscopic single-site surgery （LESS） combined with suture hemostasis on patients with ovarian cyst.Methods：A total of 82 patients with ovarian cyst undergoing LESS ovarian cystectomy were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method，with 41 patients in each group.The control group was treated with electrocoagulation hemostasis，and the observation group was treated with suture hemostasis.Results：The operation time and hospital stay in the observation group were longer than those in the control group，the intraoperative bleeding volume in the observation group was less than that of the control group，and the AMH，FSH，number of antral follicles and LH in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group on the 3rd day of the first menstruation after surgery （P
