【摘要】目的：探究动脉导管未闭的极低出生体重儿应用经口鼻饲布洛芬治疗期间实施临床护理干预的效果。方法：将69例动脉导管未闭的极低出生体重儿分为对照组（n=34）与实验组（n=35），对比分析两组治疗效果、用药知识掌握情况、不良反应、住院时间以及护理满意度。结果：实验组治疗总有效率与对照组相比无明显差异（P>0.05）；护理后，实验组对于药物治疗作用、不良反应、配合要点以及疾病相关知识方面的评分、不良反应发生率、住院时间及护理满意度均优于对照组（P

Clinical nursing analysis of oral and nasal feeding of ibuprofen in the treatment of patent ductus arteriosus in very low birth weight infants

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the effect of clinical nursing intervention during oral nasal feeding of ibuprofen in the treatment of very low birth weight infants with patent ductus arteriosus.Methods：69 cases of very low birth weight infants with patent ductus arteriosus were divided into the control group （n=34） and the experimental group （n=35）.The treatment effect，drug knowledge，adverse reactions，hospital stay and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results： There was no significant difference in the total effective rate of treatment between the experimental group and the control group （P>0.05）；After nursing，the scores in terms of drug treatment effect，adverse reactions，key points of cooperation and disease-related knowledge，the incidence of adverse reactions，hospital stay and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were better than those of the control group （P
