【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the clinical effective mechanism of transcranial ultrasound neuromuscular stimulation therapy instrument in the treatment of sleep disorders in stroke patients.Methods：A total of 128 stroke patients with sleep disorders admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected，of which 64 cases were treated with transcranial ultrasound neuromuscular stimulation and included in the analysis group；64cases with routine treatment were included in the reference group.The sleep quality and efficacy between the two group were compared.Results：The PSQI score of the analysis group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the reference group during the same period and this group before treatment，and the data was statistically significant（P
