【摘要】目的：分析胎儿脐血流检测在产科中的临床应用价值。方法：开始的时间设定为2020年4月5日，结束时间为2022年3月1日，选择我院孕妇共计100例，对其实施彩超脐血流检测，分析胎儿脐血流的情况、分析胎儿脐血流异常因素，比较不同S/D值胎儿Apgar评分关系以及S/D值和分娩结局关系。结果：100例孕妇，检测S/D值≥3的有为48例，占48.00%，S/D值

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the clinical application value of fetal umbilical cord blood flow detection in obstetrics department. Methods： The start time was set on April 5，2020，and the end time was March 1，2022.A total of 100 pregnant women in our hospital were selected to undergo color Doppler umbilicalcord blood flow detection，the situation of fetal umbilical cord blood flow was analyzed，and the factors causing abnormal fetal umbilical blood flow were analyzed，the Apgar scores of fetuses with different S/D values and the relationship between S/D values and delivery outcomes were compared.Results：In 100 pregnant women，48 cases tested for S/D values≥3，accounting for 48.00%，and52cases tested for S/D values

现如今，随着临床医学不断发展，对于产科而言，胎儿宫内生长发育也逐渐受到重视，大部分围产儿死亡案例均与宫内窘迫有一定关联，因此及早分析胎儿是否存在宫内窘迫情况，并及早进行干预，可以确保胎儿安全。（剩余4839字）
