【Abstract】Objective： To observe the application effect of personalized psychological nursing in hemodialysis nursing. Methods： The study period was from August 2021 to January 2023. 血液透析多应用于急，慢性肾功能衰竭的治疗，也适用于尿毒症病人，是维系病人生命的一个重要途径，伴随着血液透析技术在国内的发展，选择血液透析的病人日益增加，因透析患者发病时间较长，病情严重，对于透析治疗的认识不足等等，都有害怕的心理、焦虑和其他不良的心理变化，严重影响了治疗效果[1]。（剩余4411字）
