【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the application value of continuous health care and rehabilitation intervention in postpartum. Methods： 100 pregnant women from July 2019 to July 2022 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The control group took routine post-natal care， and the observation group took continuous health care and rehabilitation intervention. Results： Before nursing， there was no significant difference in the scores of rehabilitation training knowledge， diet knowledge， hygiene knowledge， postpartum precautions and psychological knowledge between the two groups （P>0.05）.
