【Abstract】Objective： To explore the clinical effect of humanized nursing in perioperative nursing of senile hernia. 腹股沟疝也称为疝气，发病时可见腹股沟处有肿块出现，老年疝气患者因其年龄较大，机体各系统与器官功能逐渐衰退，加上多伴有高血压、冠心病等慢性疾病，一旦发生疝气而为及时治疗很容易引发肠坏死、肠梗阻、肠穿孔等并发症，可危及其生命安全[1]。（剩余4004字）
