【摘要】目的：分析健康教育在老年高血压病护理中的作用及对复发率和不良事件发生率的影响。方法：本次研究对象来源于2019年1月—2021年1月住院的106例老年高血压患者，根据抽签法分组（n=53），对比组接受常规护理，观察组接受健康教育，对比两组血压指标、自我效能量表评分、复发率与不良事件。结果：观察组护理后SBP、DBP均低于对比组，观察组护理后自我效能量表评分高于对比组，观察组复发率（1.89%）与不良事件发生率（0.00%）均低于对比组（15.09%、11.32%）（P

The role of health education in nursing of elderly hypertension and its influence on the recurrence rate and the incidence of adverse events

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the role of health education in nursing care of elderly hypertensive patients and its impact on the recurrence rate and the incidence of adverse events. Methods：The subjects of this study were 106 elderly hypertensive patients who were hospitalized from January 2019 to January 2021.They were divided into groups according to the lottery method （n=53）.The control group received routine care，and the observation group received health education，and the blood pressure indicators，self-efficacy scale scores，recurrence rate and adverse events of the two groups were compared.Results：The SBP and DBP of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group，the self-efficacy scale score of the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the control group，and the recurrence rate （1.89%）and the incidence of adverse events （0.00%） in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （15.09%，11.32%）（P
