【Abstract】Objective：To explore the clinical nursing effect of breast feeding nursing mode in maternal and child health care.Methods：38 parturients from February 2020 to May 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the way of health care，the observation group （breast feeding nursing mode）and the control group （routine nursing），the satisfaction rate of the parturients，WHOQOL-100 score and psychological score of the two groups were compared.
