【摘要】目的：探究甲状腺囊性结节治疗中超声介入的临床应用价值。方法：选择40例甲状腺囊性结节患者（2018年1月—2021年12月）进行对比研究，随机数字表法分组，对照组（传统手术治疗）与试验组（超声介入治疗），各20例。比较两组治疗效果、甲状腺激素水平变化以及并发症发生率。结果：试验组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗后，两组TSH、FT3、FT4水平与治疗前相比均存在显著差异，且试验组优于对照组（P

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the clinical value of ultrasound intervention in treating cystic thyroid nodules. Methods： 40 patients with cystic thyroid nodules admitted from January 2018 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects，they were divided into two groups according to random number table method，with 20 patients in each group.The control group was given traditional surgical treatment，and the trial group took ultrasound interventional therapy.The treatment effects，changes in thyroid hormone levels and complication rate were compared between the two groups.
