【摘要】目的：探究急性闭塞性脑梗死患者在早期介入溶栓术治疗时采用整体护理措施的护理效果及临床价值。方法：择取我院于2020年5月—2021年7月期间接收救治的急性闭塞性脑梗死患者90例，计算机随机分为对照组（45例，常规护理措施）和观察组（45例，整体护理干预）。结果：观察组患者通过整体护理干预后，患者临床治疗效果为95.56%，社会功能、情感功能、生理功能、身体健康各项生活质量评分分别为（81.57±2.35）分、（83.04±1.66）分、（84.11±1.60）分、（82.53±1.06）分，显著高于对照组（P

Nursing intervention measures and implementation value of interventional hemolysis for acute occlusive cerebral infarction

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the nursing effect and clinical value of holistic nursing measures in early interventional hemolytic therapy for patients with acute occlusive cerebral infarction. Methods： Ninety patients with acute occlusive cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital from May 2020 to July 2021 were randomly divided into control group （45 cases， routine nursing measures） and observation group （45 cases， overall nursing intervention） by computer.
