【摘要】目的：评价、分析子宫肌瘤采取B超诊断的效果及运用价值。方法：选择72例子宫肌瘤患者研究，病例收集时间2020年6月—2022年6月，所有病例均接受腹部、阴道B超检查，视手术病理结果为标准，进行腹部、阴道B超检查效果的分析、总结。结果：阴道B超对不同类型子宫肌瘤（肌壁间肌瘤、黏膜下/浆膜下肌瘤）的检出率92.86%、100%、100%均高于腹部B超64.29%、70%、53.33%，差异有统计学意义（P

【Abstract】Objective： To evaluate and analyze the effect and application value of B ultrasonic diagnosis of hysteromyoma. Methods： 72 patients with hysteromyoma were selected for the study. The case collection time was from June 2020 to June 2022. All patients received abdominal and vaginal ultrasonography. The results of abdominal and vaginal ultrasonography were analyzed and summarized according to the surgical and pathological results.
