寿胎丸加减方治疗早期先兆流产合并宫腔积液初探

【摘要】寿胎丸首载于《医学衷中参西录》，是临床治疗先兆流产的最常用方剂，近年来，诸多医家运用寿胎丸加减方治疗早期先兆流产合并宫腔积液取得了良好的疗效，所以，本文整理了寿胎丸加减方治疗早期先兆流产合并绒毛膜下血肿的相关文献研究，初步探讨其临床运用，以期为临床的治疗工作提供科学性参考。

【Abstract】Shoutai pills were first published in the "Intergratlng Chinese and Western Mediclne"，which is the most commonly used prescription for the clinical treatment of threatened abortion，in recent years，many doctors have achieved good results in the treatment of early threatened abortion combined with uterine effusion by using Shoutaipills plus or minus，so this article organizes the relevant literature studies on the treatment of early threatened abortion combined with subchorionic hematoma，and preliminarily discusses its clinical application，in order to provide scientific reference for clinical treatment.
