Application of evidence-based standard of eye nursing in intensive care patients

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the practical effect of evidence-based standard on eye nursing of severe patients. Methods： 64 patients in intensive care were randomly divided into two groups， 32cases in the control group and 32 cases in the experimental group. The control group received regular nursing， while the experimental group used the evidence-based standard of eye nursing， and then compared the indicators of complications（conjunctival exposure， corneal exposure， conjunctival congestion） and treatment satisfaction between the two groups. Results： The treatmentsatisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group， and the incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group. Conclusion： The application of evidence-based eye nursing standard for intensive care patients is conducive to reduce complications， improve patients’ health status and prognosis， improve patients’ treatment satisfaction， and improve their professional level and the skills of medical staff.
