[Abstract]Immediate implant-supported fixed restoration in edentulous jaws demonstrates a success rate comparable tothatofconventional implantrestoration.However，thisapproach stillpresentsacertaindegreeof techniquesensitivity. Inthe fieldofimmediate implant-supportedfixedrestorationindentistryarepeatableandstablejawrelationistheprerequisite for the designand fabricationof prostheses.Italso reduces chairside denture placement and occusal adjustment time andlowers therisk ofoccusion-relatedcomplications.Forpatients with terminal dentition，the precise transferof jawrelationfollowing fullarch implantationservesasthefundamentalbasis forimplant-supportedocclusalreconstructionand functionalrestoration.This processisalsoakeyresearch focus and challenge intheareaof implant-supported occlusal rehabilitation.This review summarizes the procedures and methods fordetermining andtransfering jawrelation in immediate implant-supported fixedrestoration.Itaims to serve asabasis forclinical decisionmaking inimplant-supported fixed restorations for terminal dentition patients.
