[Abstract]Inrecentyears，digitalbone harvestingand grafting technologyindental implantologyhasemerged asa cutting-edgeadvancementinthefieldoforalmedicine，gaining widespread aplicationinthe treatmentofcomplex bone defectcases.Byintegratingdigitalimaging，virtual design，and precisesurgical guidance，this technology hassigniicantly enhanced thesuccessrateof dental implants and improved patientoutcomes.However，therapid developmentof this technology hasalso highlighted the lack of standardized clinical protocols，necesitating theestablishmentofunified guidelines through expert consensus.This article provides a detailed overview of the development process of the group standard Clinical Protocolfor Bone Harvesting and Grafting underDigital Guidance inOral Implantologyandoffers anin-depth interpretation of its key components，aiming to serveasavaluablereference forclinical practiceandacademicresearch.
