高新技术企业成长理论和发展机理研究

摘 要：【目的】梳理高新技术企业相关理论研究现状，找出新的研究方向。【方法】归纳总结高新技术企业相关理论，分析研究不足之处。【结果】得出高新技术企业发展的政策环境要求和制度根源研究的不足。【结论】提出开展高新技术企业政策效应及度量的相关研究，为高新技术企业的深入开展提供了思路。

Abstract： [Purposes]  This paper aims to sort out the current status of theoretical research on high-tech enterprises and identify new research directions. [Methods] This paper summarizes the relevant theories of high-tech enterprises and analyzes the shortcomings of research. [Findings] This paper summarizes the shortcomings in policy environment requirements and institutional roots for the development of high-tech enterprises. [Conclusions] This paper proposes to conduct research on the policy effects and measurement of high-tech enterprises， providing ideas for the in-depth development of related research.
