特殊铝熔体用抗侵蚀内衬材料中水化产物演变的研究进展

摘 要:相比铝酸盐水泥(CAC),水合氧化铝(HA)具有更好的高温性能,可用作铝熔铸用内衬材料的结合剂。笔者综述了HA在铝熔铸内衬材料养护过程和热处理过程中水化产物的组成和结构变化规律,讨论了热处理过程中HA水化产物演变与内衬材料宏观性能的联系,可为高性能浇注料的发展提供有益参考。

Research Progress on the Hydration Products Evolution in Corrosion-Resistant Linings for Special Aluminum Melt

Abstract: Hydratable alumina (HA) is more suitable to be applied as the binder of steel ladle lining refractory, attributed to the better high-temperature performances, compared with calcium aluminate cement (CAC). The composition and structure evolution of HA during the curing and heating process of HA bonded castables is reviewed. The relationship between the HA hydration products evolution and the castable macro-properties is discussed. This review is hopefully to provide some useful guidance for the development of high-performance castables.
