新形势下污染源自动监控管理工作中存在的问题及建议

摘 要：我国污染源自动监控工作起步至今不足20年，随着全国污染防治攻坚工作的深入和迅速开展，目前已经建成全国最大的物联网系统，有力地支持了全国生态环境监管和决策。笔者基于河南省污染源自动监控系统管理工作经验，对全国污染源自动监控工作体制和运行管理中存在的突出问题进行分析，并提出针对性的意见建议。

Abstract： It is less than 20 years since the start of automatic monitoring of pollution sources in China. By the development of environmental protection， the largest web of things system in China has been built， which strongly supports the ecological environment supervision and decision-making. Based on the management experience of automatic monitoring system of pollution sources in Henan Province， the author analyzes the prominent problems existing in the automatic monitoring system management， and puts forward some suggestions.
