京津冀协同发展战略下的天津市科技园区发展对策研究

摘 要：京津冀三地，历史文化传统相似，人员交流活动频繁，在以北京为首的首都经济圈的建设过程中，津冀两地发挥关键作用。自2014年，京津冀区域协同发展上升为国家战略后，三地的经济、文化、社会发展被注入新的活力，各类创新机构及载体迎来了创新资源快速流动与聚集的新机遇。

Abstract：Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei have similar historical and cultural traditions and frequent personnel exchange activities. In the construction of the capital economic circle led by Beijing， Tianjin and Hebei play a key role. Since the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region became a national strategy in 2014， the economic， social and cultural development of the three places has been injected with new vitality，and various innovation organizations and carriers have ushered new opportunities in rapid flow and aggregation of innovation resources.
