某型飞机起落架收放卡滞故障分析

摘 要：某型飞机在收放起落架过程中出现卡滞现象，分解检查后发现应急活门内硫化胶活门胶面掉块，使得多余物阻塞管路，导致起落架作动筒收放卡滞，进而起落架收放卡滞。本文对发生故障的应急活门进行分析，查找胶活门掉块的原因，并提出了相应的改进措施，以期为类似故障分析提供参考。

Abstract： A certain type of aircraft is stuck in the process of retracting the landing gear，decomposition inspection found that the glue surface of the hydrophobic glue valve in the emergency door fell block ，and the excess material blocked the pipeline， resulting in the retraction and retraction of the landing gear actuator， and then the retraction and retraction of the landing gear. This paper analyzes the failure of the emergency valve， find out the reason for the failure of the rubber valve falling，in order to provide reference for similar fault analysis.
