摘 要：本文以“十三五”期间河南省科技成果登记数据为参照数据，分析了“十二五”“十三五”期间科技成果登记的来源、构成等数据情况，并将其进行对比分析。

Abstract：This paper takes the registration data of scientific and technological achievements in Henan Province during the 13th Five-Year Plan period as reference data. It compares and analyzes the sources and compositions of registration of scientific and technological achievements between the 12th Five-Year Plan period and the 13th Five-Year Plan period.
